Limited Warranty and Return Policy
Our Warranty Policy is founded on the biblical words of wisdom: "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you".
1.- Money Back Limited Warranty Terms.
This Return Policy is in place for all our items listed in our store (www.viccobdirect.com) unless a particular item description states something different. ViccobDirect will be glad to offer a "Money Back Warranty" only in case you receive your new or used item damaged, defective or incorrect according to the following terms.
We will gladly accept any returned item purchased from our stock provided if it is in sellable condition within 14 days. New returns must be returned in their original box or packaging, and must not be deteriorated, or torn.
This Limited Warranty does not extend to any Product damaged by reason of alteration, accident, abuse, neglect or misuse or improper or inadequate handling; improper or inadequate wiring or plumbing utilized or installed in connection with the Product; installation, operation or use of the Product not made in strict accordance with the specifications and written instructions provided by the manufacturer; use of the Product for any purpose other than those for which it was designed; ordinary wear and tear; disasters or Acts of God; unauthorized attachments, alterations or modifications to the Product; the misuse or failure of any item or equipment connected to the Product not supplied by ViccobDirect; improper maintenance or repair of the Product; or any other reason or event not caused by ViccobDirect.

Returns without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, refused, returned to sender/undeliverable items will not be refunded.
Return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to our warehouse) is like or comparable to your cost of driving to any store in order to return an item, which is not reimbursable. Therefore, we do not reimburse any return shipping cost. If an item you received is defective, we will certainly refund what you paid for the item, however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store.
Buyers must return the item using a shipping company that provides shipping tracking numbers.
We will start the refund/credit process once we receive the tracking number from the buyer.
Refund/Credit will be issue within 5 business days after we receive the items and confirm the accuracy of the return justification.
2.- New and Used Items SOLD AS IS. No Refund.
Items described to be SOLD AS IS are items on liquidation with an extra discount on the sale price so will not be accepted to be returned and no refund will be issue. The sale for these items is final. Please feel free to ask all the questions and require all the information and photos about the item in order to make you feel more confident about the transaction. Our main goal is your full satisfaction and the future businesses it represents.
3.- Limited Warranty Liability.
This Limited Warranty shall be void if the Customer fails to comply with all of the terms set forth in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is the sole warranty offered by ViccobDirect with respect to the Product. ViccobDirect does not assume any other liability in connection with the sale of the Product. No representative of ViccobDirect or affiliated companies is authorized to extend this Limited Warranty or to change it in any manner whatsoever. No warranty applies to any party other than the original Customer.
ViccobDirect and its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from any personal injury or death, loss of equipment, loss or distortion of data, loss of time, loss or destruction of software or other property, loss of production or profits, overhead costs, claims of third parties, labor or materials, penalties or liquidated damages or punitive damages, whatsoever, whether based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict liability or any other legal theory, or other losses or expenses incurred by the Customer or any third party.
ViccobDirect makes it easier for our customers to pay. No everyone has the access to nowadays technology or simply prefer to their most well-known way of doing business. Our goal is to offer full satisfaction during the whole process of your purchase.

Pay with PayPal. To use PayPal just go through the check out process and choose PayPal as your choice to pay. For items that not include a Check Out Button please contact us to send you a PayPal Invoice.
Pay with Credit or Debit (ATM) Card. After you place your order go through the cCheck Out process and choose to pay with Credit Card. You can contact us if you prefer to pay with your credit card on the phone.
Pay with Wire Transfer. Please contact us to send you the wire transfer instructions.
Pay with Cashier Check: You can mail us a cashier check or money order. The item ordered will be shipped or delivered once the cashier check is cleared in our bank account.
Direct Deposit: We accept payments deposited directly in any of our banks accounts in the U.S. Please contact us for instructions.
We do not accept Cash: Payment has to be clear in our bank account before the order is shipped or delivered.
Payments are due within 3 days of placing your order. If payment is not received, the product will be available for sale again.
Equipment Sale Terms
Please be sure to read the entire description and look at all the pictures and videos prior to buying the item available. Feel free to contact us to request all the additional information you need to make your purchase with confidence.
Most of the equipment cannot be test-run since they are not installed or unoperative. However, we do our best to describe the equipment with the most detail we can so customers can have more confidence about the item they are investing in. Please take into consideration that price is determined by the items or components offered, year model, and condition.
The quality and operation of the equipment will depend not only on the condition of the components and parts used, which we state and help verify, but the technical capacity of the personnel installing and starting up the unit.
Customers are free to require more updated pictures or videos to assess the actual condition of the item.
We have all additional components and parts needed to reinstall or start-up these equipment.
A Dielectric Test can be done to qualified equipment at an extra cost.
Due to the nature of the item and freight cost this item cannot be returned. We will do our best to make sure you get all the information and other necessary proof that your investment will be more than worthy and completely satisfy your expectation.
