Shipping terms

 

  • Handling time. Please allow us from same day to 3 business days to process and ship your order.

  • Shipping time. Usually take no more than 5 business days to deliver to the lower 48 United States.

  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or Alaska. Contact us for a quote. 

  • We can ship to Latin America and the Caribbean.

  • Some of our items are shipped from multiple locations throughout the United States. We partner with different fulfillment centers and providers nationwide. The item purchased will be delivered within 1-6 business days after shipment. You can ask for a particular case or product delivery time.

  • We do not offer local pick-up. 

  • It is the Buyers responsibility to make sure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address. The shipping feature we use automatically pulls the shipping address information into the system, so please double check that all of your information is correct before sending your payment.
